We were able to get on their schedule about a week and a half later. Seth and his assistant, Kyle, arrived right on time. They skillfully handled the installation, which included new drain pipes, adjusting the existing water lines, and making some modifications to the countertop. They kept us updated on everything that needed to be done. The work was done efficiently, and they left the space clean and organized. Overall, the service was excellent; Seth and Kyle were professional, attentive to detail, helpful, and polite. We would certainly hire them again.

The dripping shower required a cartridge that they didn't have with them, but they assured me it would only take about 10 minutes to fix once they had the right part. I mentioned that I was looking for a reliable plumber for the long term and hoped they wouldn't forget to come back. Although it took a little while, they eventually returned and resolved the issue with the shower. I'm happy to say my bathroom is now in great shape, and I raised my rating to 4 stars!

The outcome wasn’t what I had hoped for—I found out that I need to reline or replace all the cast iron pipes beneath my older home. Seth came to inspect the pipes and confirmed they were in pretty rough shape. The total for the cleanout and camera inspection was $399, and the estimate for the pipe repair came to 23K. It would have been helpful if they had marked the locations of the damaged pipes so I could easily share that info with another contractor for a second opinion without needing to redo the camera work.
